Passionfruit Champagne Bellini

I have served this contemporary version of the Peach Bellini on many special occaisions, and always receive raves from enthusiastic guests.

5 oz Welch's Passionfruit juice
3 oz Champagne
a Splash of Grenadine

Pour Passionfruit juice into a champagne flute
Top with Champagne
Add a splash of Grenadine
Serve, toast and enjoy!
