8 ounces of Chinese egg noodles, cooked and drained.
8 ounces of steak, cut into one-inch strips.
1/2 lb. of bean sprouts.
2 carrots, shredded.
1 medium onion, chopped finely.
1 garlic clove, chopped finely.
3 tablespoons of soy sauce.
2½ tablespoons of olive oil.
1¼ tablespoons of sugar.
1 teaspoon of sesame oil.
½ teaspoon of salt.

Cook the noodles according to directions.

In wok or deep frying pan, heat the olive oil.

Add the beef steak and stir fry for about five minutes, until almost cooked.

Add the garlic, onion, carrot, and fry for another two minutes.  If you want you can add peas, broccoli, mushrooms, water chestnuts, asparagus, or anything else you have laying around....

Add the beansprouts, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, noodles, and toss throughly.  Transfer
immediately to a serving bowl and call everyone to the table instantly.
