| Linguini with Clam Sauce |

Sauté 1/2 chopped yellow onion and 2 gloves of garlic, minced, in a frying pan in virgin olive oil until translucent. Add a teaspoon of red pepper flakes and 2 cans of clams, drained, 2 cups of white wine and a half a stick of butter... Cook until simmering for 4 or 5 minutes.
