4 cups mixed baby greens
1 Red Delicious apple, cored and thinly sliced
½ cup goat cheese - crumbled
¾ cup Pistachio Kernels
Dried cranberries or cherries
White balsamic vinegar and olive oil dressing to taste

For salad, divide greens among four salad plates.  Top with apple slices and dried fruit. Sprinkle with cheese and nuts.  Whisk dressing; drizzle over salads.
