Turkey Club Sandwich PDF Print E-mail

Another thing to do with leftover turkey.  A great sandwich.  For some reason, a standard
at high-end hotels...

A modern day version – no one really needs the extra layer of bread (it started as a double decker sandwich with a middle slice of bread and both layers of the sandwich, and without that it’s really a blt with turkey.  totally optional and regional, add some thin slices of avacado or red onion...)

Toast white bread, cut on the diaganol.  So you have two triangles...

Sliced turkey, crisp bacon, tomato slices and lemon.

Spread mayonnaise on the each half of the toast, layer the other other ingredients, top with other piece of toast.

Serve with potato chips.
