| Peas and Pancetta |

This side dish is fast, easy and tasty. A perfect accompianment for grilled chicken or fish or as a green side for a simple pasta.
Serves 6 Saute the pancetta until lightly golden. Add the shallots, garlic, salt and pepper and cook for another minute until tender. Add the peas and lemon zest. Sauté until heated through. (4 to 6 minutes)
Add the parsley and remove from heat.
