Hummus

1 can chickpeas , (15 ounce)
1 clove garlic , minced
¾ teaspoon table salt
3 tablespoons lemon juice
¼ cup virgin olive oil
¼ cup tahini
¼ cup water
pinch cayenne pepper

Take all the ingredients and process them in a food processor for about 40 seconds. Once the texture is to your liking put it in a serving bowl, with plastic wrap on top, and let it chill until the flavors meld, about 45 minutes. 

Serve with warm pita.
